Laughter Club: Warming-Up

Now, there is a new format for Laughter Club sessions. The laughter session begins with some warm-up exercises {~15 minutes) followed by fun based laughter exercises (20 mins). The sessions ends with laughter meditation in a standing position (~5 mins), The warm-up exercises may include stretching and bending exercises, some yoga based stretching, aerobics, etc. Here, Radhika Bisht, LY Master Trainer at the Laughter Yoga University, is leading a warm-up session for international participants during a Certified Laughter Yoga Teacher Training (September 2015) at the School of Ancient Wisdom, Bangalore."
